Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GitBoost AI (gitboostai.com), operated by F1 Dream Jobs LLC ("we", "us"). By using GitBoost AI you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

• You sign in with GitHub and are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use GitBoost AI.

You agree not to:

• Put false information on a resume, profile or outreach email, or claim skills or experience you do not have.
• Use Hiring Manager Outreach to send spam, or try to get around its sending limits.
• Connect a Gmail account, or act for a candidate, without that person's permission.
• Copy, scrape or resell our hiring manager contact data or any other part of the service.
• Break the law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the service or its security.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Outreach emails are sent from the connected candidate's own Gmail account, in their name. The candidate (or the recruiter acting with their permission) chooses the template and recipients and is responsible for the email's content. We apply daily limits and spacing to protect sender reputation, and we may pause sending at any time. We do not guarantee replies, interviews or job offers.

GitBoost AI uses AI to analyze and draft content such as resumes, READMEs, LinkedIn sections and interview answers. AI output can contain mistakes. Review everything before you use it, and make sure it is accurate for you.

• Paid plans are shown on the upgrade page and are charged through Stripe.
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Fixed-term passes are not refundable once used, except where the law requires. If something went wrong, contact gitboostai@gmail.com and we will try to make it right.
• We may change prices for future periods with notice.

You keep ownership of the content you upload or create. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

GitBoost AI works with GitHub, Google (Gmail), Stripe and other services. Your use of them is also governed by their own terms. You can revoke our access to GitHub or Gmail at any time.

GitBoost AI is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not responsible for hiring decisions or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

You can stop using GitBoost AI at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we discontinue the service.

We may update these terms. If changes are material we will update the date above and notify you where appropriate. Continuing to use GitBoost AI after changes means you accept them.
